tanzania is a great coffee with hints of a fruit flavor. I grind my beans super fine in order to extract all the flavor of the bean and because it take out the oil in the beam so when i brew it all the flavor comes out of the bean which makes for a more fruity taste. it almost taste like a dehydrated kumquat and dehydrated mango and apricot..very good and pleaseant after taste to this coffee. the other to me tasted like a light hint of brown sugar and vanilla mixed together and a hint of molasses to me..i did the same thing and grind my coffee super fine to extract the full flavor of these coffees ..well pretty much to all his coffees i buy from old bisbee except the blended coffee that are sold in the local hotel there those are super yummy no matter how you grind those beans.

The Ethiopia Guji Natural is one of my partner's favorites, smooth and light with a delightful complexity in the fruity aromas and sugarcane finish. In today's landscape of mass-manufactured products, OBR is an authentic gem providing access to and education about individual small farm coffee from all over the world.
This is my favorite decaf. Freshly roasted. Such a good taste, especially in espresso machine. And I love this company. Seth takes personal interest and is a down to earth guy who really knows his coffee. You need to watch his videos.
We have been in Seth's Coffee Club for many years, always with the same order of 2 pounds of his espresso blend. /after having a conversation with Seth I realized we might be missing out on some of his other amazing coffees. So I put our regular order on hold and requested 2 pounds of some other coffees. Wish I knew what they were, but I threw away the empty bags! Let's just say I'm blown away by the incredible depth of flavor in these new coffees. Espresso blend is great, but we are in a whole new universe now. Thank you, Seth!
