The best customer service is right here. Had a problem with a shipment and lot only was it replaced, when I called and spoke to Seth, we discussed different beans and roasting styles and how they would be brewed by me. There is a reason why I’ve been buying and having my beans shipped to Massachusetts for 6 years.
