How is it that Seth and his crew are the only roasters who consistently bring out the best in every batch they roast? Is it really such a secret to do this? Whenever I run out of OBR coffee and try a local roaster I am shocked at how much better Seth's product is. Some of these others, despite high prices and probably beans purchased from the same wholesalers as Seth's are IMO undrinkable. I have actually just tossed some of their (expensive) product in the trash and resorted to instant Cafe Bustelo to start my day while I await my next OBR delivery.
