Uganda Sipi Falls

Africa Uganda

Received 4/25/2017

We love how big, creamy and sweet our latest Uganda Sipi Falls is, making it a lovely and unique single origin offering.

The aroma starts with a fruity nose of dried apricot and a hint of jasmine.  The cup is silky and creamy, like fresh heavy cream, with notes of caramel, toasted almond.  The lingering astringency in the finish is clean and full with the suggestion of cocoa or malted milk.

Aroma: Dried Apricot, Jasmine
Body: Silky and Creamy, Low Acid
Cup: Caramel, Fresh Cream, Toasted Almonds, Oak Leaf Tannins
Finish: Clean and Full, Malted Milk
