A very nice coffee that is medium-dark roasted to perfection. It has a clean flavor and finish, but not as complex as others in my opinion. I still really enjoyed it and will make it a part of my regular rotation from Old Bisbee. I appreciate having different varieties to choose from so I don't get bored and he provides a broad-spectrum of samples form the different growing regions. I would like to see what he can do with Kona from Hawaii, which has been one of my favorites.

What can I say - if you’ve had Seth’s coffee, then you already know. If you haven’t, then you’re missing out. I haven’t found a coffee distr that even comes close. This latest batch was (chef’s kiss) magnificent.

The flat is not as intense as Sumatran but there are similarities. The notes are different.
