Old Bisbee Roasters always had the best brews out there. I’ve stopped buying from commercial places and don’t get me started on the big chains… those are a thing of the past in my books. Do yourself a favor and give OBR a shot.
My partner and I traveled to Tanzania 3 years ago, and I can attest to the deliciousness of their coffee. What is interesting is that when we were in Arusha, all the coffee we drank was of course Tanzanian, and there were so many small-plot coffee gardens in the metropolitan area. Even the coffeehouses (there were some!) would have their own supply growing out behind the shop. The upscale and mid-scale hotels sourced their coffee from both their own gardens and from neighbors in surrounding housing areas.
I have not found another espresso that I love as much as this one as my daily espresso bean. Full-bodied with very nice chocolate/nutty notes but is not too dark. Great bean quality too. I ordered these while I lived in AZ, and have since moved to Alaska where I still order them.
A friend turned me onto your brand of coffee beans, so I took a chance and ordered the roasters choice bundle- absolutely delicious, smooth, yet robust beans!
My husband and I discovered this hidden gem while passing through Bisbee last January.
Although the shop was closed, the owner had just pulled up and invited us in to sample his coffee Needless to say, we were very impressed and have been buying his coffee ever since. Give his coffee a try, you will not be disappointed.
I get texted when the new offering is out for the two pound specials of coffer for $36 and buy them regularly. My coffee of choice - very fresh and smooth flavors.
