Seth, My name is judy . I am a city mail carrier in
Saintpetersburg Florida . I found out about your coffee while at work.
Every time I delivered a package from you I could smell it all
the way from the back of my mail truck. finally I saw the man who
ordered it and I ask him about it. He warned me once I tried it I would
never look at cofffee the same I came home that night and ordered
my first two pounds . my husband and I are hooked. thought
you would like to hear how I was introduced to old bisbeeroasters , and
wanted to thank you. I wish I lived close enough to visit your store.

Dear Seth,
I met you for the 2nd time at the street fair with my brother, we bought a
gang of chocolate and some beans. (Ethiopian decaf and a South American)
I mixed them together, and have been drinking one fine cup every morning.
Like right now....ahhhh. I haven't been adding cream, which is new for me,
and I must say that the coffee is so mellow, rich and smooth, I don't even
need it.
My brother obsconded away with my share of the chocolate, so I have been
pining over that loss, since the street fair.
Thanks for everything, and for being so friendly to us. You are one cool
gone cat!!!

I bought your truffles on 4/7 and have shared
them with the local candy store proprietor, the baker and several of my
retail friends in my little North Carolina town, Sanford. My friends
and business associates here are completely knocked out with the
extraordinary mastery and sensuality of your chocolate art. The only
critique I encountered is that they are too big. They are so rich and
lucious most people cannot eat a whole one.
Seth, I would love to learn how to make truffles,
and if you would be willing to teach me what you know,
I would come to Arizona and provide you free labor (even
in your hot kitchen) and/or a fee in exchange for an apprenticeship. I
have studied cooking previously, in California and in Italy; but I
have not studied chocolate. As I told you, I have never had truffles
like yours anywhere on earth.

Hi Seth,
I just wanted to let you know that I sampled your
coffee for the first time passing through the alley this weekend, and as one
whom has been a Barista off and on for the past ten years I feel
compelled to tell you that your espresso is THE BEST I have ever had.
Really, no bitterness, no skyrocketing only to
crash within a couple hours, I got back to Silver City that evening ( 6 hours
later) still buzzin'. My roommate purchased a sample pack, and I just
checked out your online selection... beeyooteeful.
I can assure you I have found my new 'personal
coffee roaster" !

I received the reorder of the lost Coffee Beans... These were shipped on
the 25th and I received them today. I let the postman know about the
shipment that was lost but he nothing about it.
Thank you for your prompt response and getting the beans to me... My wife
is now very happy that she has her decaf... I also just tried the
Ethiopian Horse Harar for the 1st time... It was a great cup of
coffee...
The postman also wanted you to know that the beans drive him crazy.
He had to stop and get a cup of coffee during his morning deliveries just to
curb his thirst for a coffee. I assured him that his cup
of coffee couldn't compare to what I make with your
beans...

try. What would you recommend? Also, what are
your shipping rates to
Hawaii? I think I told you I own a coffee house

I have been purchasing coffee online for quite sometime now. I have tried
coffee roasted by some of the biggest and the best, from "east coast" to
"west coast" and "beyond".
The majority of them just can't seem to bring it
all together.
The right bean but the wrong roast. The right roast but the
wrong bean. However, after tasting your coffee, I am convinced that you are
one of those "rare" individuals that can "intuitively" create the harmony of
"bean" and "roast". In my opinion you have taken your "art" to a level that
"surpasses the masses". True "alchemy"!
Your "Ethiopian Natural Decaf"
is, to date, the best decaf that I have
ever sampled. Other purveyors when roasting decaf beans tend to go
too far, believing that a darker roast will somehow impart to the bean,
qualities that they believe it is defficient in.
These qualities already exist
in the bean. It is a matter of knowing what the bean possesses and having
the ability to coax the bean into giving up
its secrets!
You have succeeded where many others have failed. Ah,
yes...."the great work"....keep it up!

My wife and I were recently in Bisbee over the
holiday weekend and visited the farmers market in the Warren District while we
were there. I purchased a pound of the Zimbabwe coffee upon the recommendation
of the two gentlemen there manning your booth (they both spoke very highly of
you). I let them know my coffee tastes and promised I would email you with my
opinion. I have brewed three pots of coffee from the beans and have not had a
bad cup of coffee from them yet. I applaud their recommendations and will look
forward to trying some other varieties as time goes by. Please thank them for
their recommendation and great conversation at the market.
