This is natural (or sun-dried) Decaf African coffee from the Sidamo region in Southwest Ethiopia. Is is absolutely the sweetest, wine-like, aromatic Decaf we have to offer - this is due to the considerably more primitive sun-drying process. Ripe red, hand-picked cherries are dried fully in the sun until the seed can be cracked apart in a mill and the dried remains of the fruit sorted out by hand. There's always a variety of shapes, sizes and colors in the roast, as the coffee is completely wild, un-screened, and therefore not uniform.
