Certified Organic Natural (Sun dried) Decaf African coffee from the Djimmah region in Southwest Ethiopia. Absolutely the sweetest, wine-like aromatic Decaf, due to the primitive sun drying. Ripe red, hand picked cherries are dried fully in the sun until the seed can be cracked apart in a mill and the dried remains of the fruit sorted out by hand. There's always a variety of shapes, sizes and colors in the roast, as the coffee is completely wild, un-screened and therefore not uniform. These are the coffees that excite me the most, as it is as close to the roots of our prized beverage as you can get. This is a fully water processed decaf.
