My recommendation: try Pipil El Espino coffee alongside dark chocolate from your local Candy Counter. Heavenly.

This is a very good coffee. Not as sweet as some pulped coffees I've tried, but still the fruity overtones are present. Complex but balanced. The only complaint I have is in the roast induced flavors. Definatley smokey, as tends to be true of Seths roasts, but this one stops just a half step short of a burnt taste. It adds great depth to the undertones, but imparts a bit of harshness to the backfinish. Other than that, exceptional.

WOWEE! This is what coffee should taste like! After my first cup I called some Old Bisbee Roasters fans in California and they had already had someone else share it with them. It is like drinking smoky fruity hot chocolate, but not anything sissy. (I still haven't tried the OBR chocolate covered fruit!). Try this to start out the day and resolve to make the rest of the day just as special.

I HAD THIS WHEN IT FIRST CAME INTO SETH'S POSSESSION-IT WAS AMAZING. EVERYBODY WANTED SOME OF MY BEANS, AND THE SWEET TASTE WAS TRUELY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I THINK THIS DESERVES MORE APPRECIATION AND EXPOSURE.
