Grown in a mix of Red Lateritic and lush Volcanic Soils in the West Central Valleys of Costa Rica. Aromas of Chocolate and Spice will tantalize your senses as the steam rises from your cup. This is a delicate yet complex bean. Slightly woody, but light, this Central American varietal finishes strong and clean. Monte Crisol has produced a consistently superior bean year after year. This season's crop is no exception.

Hi Seth, I purchased this coffee @ the Alley kiosk Saturday and made it today for the first time. I love Starbucks, but you might have just replaced them with this delightful heady coffee. I will be ordering next week and would like a couple of suggestions on what to order. The Rowanda Bourbon sure sounds intriguing. Is it very strong? I like a milder coffee that is not bitter.
