Huila Valencia is very well balanced, with good body, strong rich aroma, brightness and flavor. This Supremo sized bean delivers a nutty chocolate sweetness with undertones of sweet caramel and a soft buttery finish.

Let me say this particular Columbian knocked me off my rocker! I have purchased this Popayan more than 3 times . I have also purchased a high tech espresso machine in order to serve this, in it's fullness to friends and family ! We all are amazed at the powerful aroma ,vitality points and strength of character in this bean. The after taste lingers and calls you to a tropical far off land. My postman has sequestered me on many occasions, while I am there awaiting it's arrival , of course, and I had to give him some!
